Return & Refund Policy

At Nexfix, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to supply high-quality products and ensure every order meets your expectations. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which products may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

1. Eligibility for Returns


 Products may be eligible for return if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

  • The product is returned in its original packaging with all labels, accessories, and documentation.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided.

  • The product has not been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery.

All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Nexfix.


2. Non-Returnable Items


 The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or supplied incorrectly:

  • Custom-made or special-order products

  • Products cut or prepared to customer specifications

  • Opened or partially used products

  • Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, or installation

  • Clearance or end-of-line items (unless defective)

  • Hazardous or chemical products that cannot be safely returned once opened


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products


 If you receive products that are:

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Defective due to manufacturing issues

  • Incorrectly supplied

  • Incomplete

Please notify Nexfix within 48 hours of delivery by providing:

  • Order or invoice number

  • Product details

  • Photographs of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue

After review, Nexfix may, at its discretion:

  • Replace the product

  • Repair the product (where applicable)

  • Issue a credit note

  • Process a refund


4. Return Process


 To request a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team.

  2. Provide your invoice number and reason for the return.

  3. Wait for return authorization before sending the product.

  4. Securely package the product in its original packaging.

  5. Return the product to the address provided by Nexfix.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


5. Inspection & Approval


All returned products are inspected upon receipt.

Nexfix reserves the right to reject returns if:

  • The product has been used.

  • The product is not in resalable condition.

  • The product has been damaged after delivery.

  • Required documentation is missing.

  • The return does not comply with this policy.


6. Refunds


Once a return is approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Refunds may also be issued as:

  • Credit Note

  • Store Credit

  • Bank Transfer (where applicable)

Shipping charges, installation charges, and handling fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Nexfix.


7. Refund Processing Time


Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after the returned product has been inspected and approved.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or financial institution.



8. Exchanges


Products may be exchanged if:

  • The incorrect item was delivered.

  • The product is defective.

  • The requested replacement is available in stock.

Additional charges may apply where the replacement product differs in price.


9. Order Cancellation


Customers may request cancellation of an order before dispatch.

If the order has already been shipped or is in transit, cancellation may not be possible, and return procedures will apply after delivery.

Custom-made or special-order products cannot normally be cancelled once production or procurement has commenced.


10. Return Shipping Costs


  • If the return is due to an error by Nexfix (incorrect, damaged, or defective product), Nexfix will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

  • If the return is requested for reasons other than a product defect or our error, the customer is responsible for return transportation and associated costs.


11. Credit Notes


Where appropriate, Nexfix may issue a credit note instead of a cash refund.

Credit notes may be used toward future purchases and will be subject to their stated validity period.


12. Warranty Claims


Products covered by a manufacturer's warranty should be reported to Nexfix with supporting documentation.

Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer's terms and inspection procedures


13. Limitation of Liability


Nexfix's responsibility under this policy is limited to the replacement, repair, credit, or refund of the affected product.

Nexfix shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from the use, installation, or inability to use any product.


14. Changes to This Policy


Nexfix reserves the right to amend this Return & Refund Policy at any time.

Any updates will become effective once published on our website.
