1. Shipping Coverage


Nexfix delivers products across the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

We also support GCC and international shipments for selected products and export orders. Please contact our sales team for export enquiries and shipping arrangements.


2. Order Processing


  •  Orders are processed during our regular business hours.
  • Orders are subject to stock availability and payment confirmation.

  • Business customers with approved credit terms will have orders processed according to their agreed account terms.

  • Orders received after business hours, on Fridays, Saturdays, or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Same-day delivery is available only for selected products, locations, and orders placed before the daily cut-off time.

4. Shipping Charges


Shipping charges depend on:

  • Delivery location

  • Order value

  • Weight and dimensions

  • Type of product

  • Delivery urgency

Applicable shipping charges will be communicated before order confirmation.

Free delivery may be available on selected products, promotional campaigns, or qualifying order values.


5. Payment Security

7. Delivery Address


Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Accurate delivery address

  • Contact number

  • Site contact person

  • Delivery instructions where applicable

Nexfix is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.



8. Delivery Inspection


Upon receiving your order, please:

  • Verify the quantity delivered.

  • Inspect the products for visible damage.

  • Confirm that the correct items have been supplied.

  • Report any shortages or damages within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims made after this period may not be accepted.


9. Failed Delivery Attempts


If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons including:

  • Customer unavailable

  • Incorrect address

  • Site inaccessible

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Lack of unloading arrangements

Additional delivery charges may apply for subsequent delivery attempts.

While Nexfix strives to meet estimated delivery schedules, delays may occur due to:

We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of any significant delays.


11. Ownership & Risk


Ownership of the goods transfers to the customer upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer at the time of delivery or collection.

Customers should inspect goods before signing the delivery receipt.


12. Partial Deliveries


Customers may contact our sales or customer support team to obtain updates on the status of their shipment.

14. Collection from Warehouse


Customers may choose to collect orders directly from the Nexfix warehouse, subject to:

  • Prior order confirmation

  • Payment clearance (where applicable)

  • Collection during business hours

Customers or their authorized representatives may be required to provide valid identification at the time of collection.


15. Delivery Restrictions
